Profoto softboxes offer a removable internal diffuser that offers additional versatility. With the internal diffuser attached, the light is even; when removed, the illumination is focused in the center of the box with a gradation out to the ends. Also featured as part of the new design, is a recessed front diffuser that can be removed to increase the contrast and produce a center-weighed spot effect. The units also have a velcro strip to hold accessories, such as grids, barn doors and louvers. Internal silver coating with removable inner and front diffuser and steel rods.
